This document is an official offer (public offer) of the tupboost.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Executor") to conclude a digital service agreement with any capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

By placing an order and making a payment on the tupboost.com website, the Customer confirms their agreement with the terms of this offer.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Executor provides the Customer with digital services related to performing in-game actions in the GTA Online game.
1.2. Services are provided remotely, in an electronic format.
1.3. This offer is valid indefinitely and can be changed by the Executor without prior notice.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Executor undertakes to provide the Customer with the services chosen by them, presented on the website tupboost.com, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services.
2.2. A detailed description of the services, timelines, and costs are specified on the website pages and are an integral part of this offer.

3. Order Placement and Payment Procedure

3.1. The order is placed by the Customer independently through the tupboost.com website.
3.2. Before placing an order, the Customer is obliged to choose the correct platform (PC or console).
3.3. Payment is made through the third-party payment platform Digiseller or other available payment methods.
3.4. The moment of concluding the agreement is considered to be the fact of successful payment of the order.

4. Service Provision Procedure

4.1. For the provision of services, the Customer undertakes to provide the necessary data for the game account in accordance with the chosen platform.
4.2. The Executor proceeds to fulfill the order after receiving payment and all necessary data.
4.3. Services are provided in order of priority, unless otherwise agreed with the manager.
4.4. Completion times may vary depending on the volume of the order and the current workload.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Executor undertakes to perform services in good faith and with consideration for current in-game limitations.
5.2. The Executor is not responsible for:

• actions of third parties;
• changes in game rules by the copyright holder;
• account blocking or restrictions resulting from reasons beyond the Executor's control.

5.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.

6. Refunds and Order Cancellation

6.1. A refund is possible only if the service has not been started.
6.2. If the performance of the service has already begun, no refund is made.
6.3. Partially completed orders are not refundable.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. All data provided by the Customer are used exclusively for order fulfillment.
7.2. The Executor does not transfer data to third parties, except in cases provided for by current legislation.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations.
8.2. In all matters not regulated by this offer, the parties are guided by current legislation.
